Questions are being raised about the RCMP’s decision to use new recruits as guinea pigs in a study evaluating the effects of different concentrations of pepper spray.

The National Post learned about the experiment after receiving an anonymous email expressing concerns that cadets at the RCMP’s central training academy in Regina were being treated like “lab rats” and could face adverse health effects.

What a bunch of women and babies.

Before we'd deploy overseas or even during a domestic op you'd line up for your pepper bukkake. I don't know how many times some guy with a clipboard said 'give that guy an extra dose and let's see what happens'. This is how you learn about the stuff. Same as CS gas. If don't mask off in the gas hut from time to time what happens in a riot when you're the authority and you lose or dislodge your mask?

Were have all the men gone?

This is a good thing
it will show them how they will be treated by their superior officers as their career progresses .

I don't think for a second you can compare these bunch of mama's boys and girls to actual fighting soldiers.
