. . . each is called to heal the planet in a different way...NOT yours to judge nor understand my calling or others, yours only to do the part to which you are called
I certainly do have the right to judge others that live in this same Country. This was not some fly by night rig camp it was a Federal Prison and as such it should be at least dry an mould free. Here is where I get pissed and if I am the only one then the rest of you need to get some literature about mould exposure that is newer than 1915 because if you think that should be allowed without torture charges being laid then you are wrong. Mould comes under 'vapors' so if you have a better definition of that compared to what I'm using then please post it becaise I thing that is a vapor product also and it is a spin to avoid the bare facts.
NEGLIGENCE. The omission to do something which a
reasonable man, guided by those considerations which ordinarily regulate the conduct of human affairs, would do. or doing something which a prudent and reasonable man would not do. It must be determined in all cases by reference to the situation and knowledge of the parties and all the attendant
circumstances. Nitroglycerin Case, 15 Wall. 536, 21 I* Ed. 206; Blythe v. Birmingham Waterworks Co., 11 Evch. 7S4. Negligence, in its civil relation, is such an inadvertent imperfection, by a
responsible human agent, In the discharge of a legal duty, as
immediately produces, in an ordinary and natural sequence, a damage to another. Wiart. Neg.
What is CRIMINAL GROSS NEGLIGENCE?

What is NEGLIGENCE? definition of NEGLIGENCE (Black's Law Dictionary)
Some said that they should be their own housekeepers, that's fine if they are trained at 21st century rather than pushed inside and no training.
In 1915 they were experimenting on blacks with syphilis, who is to say this isn't an experiment to show what mould in high doses does to people. Would the Canadian Government do that, not on their I hope but as a demand from the bankers you damn right they would, and sleep good at night. There is no morality there to be admired so I won't. I didn't post the thread so that eliminates any agenda other than commenting on it after it had hit the rabbit hole once. Think of this as an educational thread now unless the CDC is mistaken in their research on mould because they take it pretty serious and cow-town would have recovered from the flood in 2013 using those same standards as a hurricane because of the health risks.
Here is my idea of the coldest statement this year and it was made by the leader of Japan when he said they don't deal with terrorists and he is helping to poison how many millions of his own citizens at home because caring for them according to the standards of morality would cost too much money. (plus they get to watch some more lab rats go through being experimented on, maybe a new species will emerge) There is a huge difference between 'Leader' and 'Respected Leader".
