Let's leave the councelling for the victims on the side for a moment when the 'bad' is after knowing the Priests were molesting children all that happened is there were moved to a different congregation where the same abuse happened. That would just be wishful thinking though considering the estimate for the general population is 5%, which means the 4% in the Catholic Church is less than in the general public.
