In the end though, it will be nice to see all the community leaders that railed again the Ferguson police, and Brown in particular, come out and apologize, if and when he's exonerated.

But of course, they're men and women of extraordinary honour and integrity.

I'm sure their concessions will be poignant, eloquent, heart felt and of the most sincerity.

The racists will be rioting as soon as the police officer is found to be justified in the shooting of Brown.

poor eric holder is mad

Controversial Attorney General Eric Holder is reportedly very upset with the recent leaks that support Officer Darren Wilson’s account of the Michael Brown shooting.

Holder called the gradual release of inside information on the case as “inappropriate and troubling.”
CBS News reported:

Last Friday The New York Times released a report on Officer Darren Wilson’s grand jury testimony in September. It’s not clear who provided the information to the Times for the report. The Times reported that Michael Brown’s blood was on police officer Darren Wilson’s gun and inside the police car. According to the Times, Brown reached inside the police car and attacked Darren Wilson.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported this week on the case. The Post-Dispatch said Officer Darren Wilson told the St. Louis County grand jury that he nearly lost consciousness after Mike Brown slugged him in the face.

Another eyewitness to the shooting of Mike Brown in Ferguson told the grand jury this week that Brown did not have his hands up when he was shot dead by Officer Darren Wilson.

How can you "fix" a case when people keep releasing evidence!

When the media can only get stories from the witnesses who are not intimidated, the result is tainted testimony.

Here’s the Independent Journal Review quoting The Washington Post:

Ferguson, Mo., police officer Darren Wilson and Michael Brown fought for control of the officer’s gun, and Wilson fatally shot the unarmed teenager after he moved toward the officer as they faced off in the street, according to interviews, news accounts and the full report of the St. Louis County autopsy of Brown’s body.

Because Wilson is white and Brown was black, the case has ignited intense debate over how police interact with African American men. But more than a half-dozen unnamed black witnesses have provided testimony to a St. Louis County grand jury that largely supports Wilson’s account of events of Aug. 9, according to several people familiar with the investigation who spoke with The Washington Post.

Some of the physical evidence — including blood spatter analysis, shell casings and ballistics tests — also supports Wilson’s account of the shooting, The Post’s sources said, which casts Brown as an aggressor who threatened the officer’s life. The sources spoke on the condition of anonymity because they are prohibited from publicly discussing the case.
