Over the centuries how many of those have taken place and is there a number of cases where the wman opted out and the matter was settled. I don't think so. So what would ISIS have to do to get approval from 'the elders in the area' the ones that make or break the mingling. I'm nore of how that goes but I know it is one their terms rather than what we wopuld be comfortale with. If ISIS is going to grow into an international member then it needs university trained people and university trained have to have a political base that allows for progress, hardliners don't have that option built in so in that respect the European Royals are about as hard-line as it gets.
