See this is where I think having a professional experienced fire fighter involved might help. Paid or not, the benefit is at least potentially there for the community.

And how is working 6 hours part time as a firefighter anymore tiring than working 6 hours dry walling (or whatever) in your off hours anyway? I mean, really? That seems to be the point of contention that the union is floating anyway.

Fires aren't scheduled. I've gotten off work at five, been called to a fire at six and been out most of the night til 5am. My employer does not expect me to come to work in that situation. This decision by the union is all about protecting the union but without knowing the details of moonlighting rules for the city it's hard to get into specifics.

BTW, didn't you quit being a VFF? At least that's what you told us not so long ago.

Yup, I resigned. Things changed. I'm back.

I'm surprised you pay so much attention to things I post here. I can't say the same for you

Unions really don't understand love for a job

I doubt the city of Toronto does either. It's one of the drawbacks working in government. My kids graduate next June. I'm already looking to get back into the real world

Geez, how does that help your lack of time to enjoy all your money?

Oh wait...

I'm surprised you pay so much attention to things I post here.
It's probably why I understand people in and on either side of Manitoba, while you don't, lolz.

I can't say the same for you
Well that sure explains why you follow me around and read all my posts, lolz.

He runs your business when you can't?

No, my employer runs the municipality. My business is on the side. Apparently, my life is not as important to you as it is to CB or else you would have known that.

Are you still upset? I apologized for making you look silly. Is there anything else I can do?

lol!!!

That's as funny as his buddy the COO of NWW that he claims lied in two official gov't depositions.

Cannuck is a liar, plain and simple. From his supposedly crazy wife to his return to VFF.

lol, now he's trying to prop up his fantasy with scooped internet pics in his photo album.

It isn't under the table but even if it were, it would still be a business. Posted some pics of my work in my album.
Ya, saw that. What website did you glean them from?

I mean some one who claims to have all the money they want, but not the time to enjoy it all, would run right out and start a small business, ya, that makes sense, lolz.

Your logic is a lie, lolz
