re MNSure:

There were five insurance companies in the program, and Leitz expects the four others to remain: Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medica, Health Partners and Ucare.
And that could leave options.
"Hold tight. Don't panic. It's not the end of the world. Nobody can turn you down. You're guaranteed to be able to have insurance," Schneeman said.

People are still covered for a year and by next year a new plan will be put in place.

Yup - help is on the way:

MNsure: Help Coming For PreferredOne Customers « CBS Minnesota

''MNsure now plans a “targeted outreach effort” for current PreferredOne enrollees to help them pick new plans for 2015, he said.
While state law requires that PreferredOne customers get to keep their current plans, their premiums could be higher next year. And PreferredOne customers who now get tax credits to defray their premium costs will need to switch carriers to keep their subsidies.''

Glitches and other hassles that were initially experienced last year are now corrected. Less waiting time and fewer on the phone have already been reported by the local media.

The right wingers on this forum thought all this was a sign of Obamacare failure. Rather than that, it is a sign of ACA success. This because prior to the enactment most of these folks had no coverage at all. Then, when this initial announcement of the drop out plan was made, 80% still remained covered. Now the balance will be given an alternative. Bottom line: ACA works!

Under RepubliCON care more than half of those folks had no coverage at all. Would you prefer that they die due to lack of coverage?
Please show a link or some research that Americans were dying due to lack of healthcare before BHO came to power.

It was a survey that Harvard did that has been shot full of holes. However it said what tards wanted it to say and they still run with it. They did a narrow survey of how many people had and did not have coverage. Then they waited for them to die. Supposedly more died without coverage so Harvard said they died because they did not have coverage. However, it was never followed up whether they had coverage at time of death, never followed up on cause of death, never checked to see if they had acquired coverage since the survey.

Tards will be tards.

And poor Eagle doesn't realize that you don't get care unless you present an insurance card which shows coverage or fork over some cash.

lmao! Seriously?

I got health care without health coverage right after I got out of the Marines. My military coverage had lapsed and I did not get a plan and needed not only health care but follow up care. Services received!

YOU FAIL!

Maybe those sick folks died because their favorite NFL team didn't win the Superbowl.... I'm sure it wouldn't take much to develop a statistical relationship.

Proof-positive that the gubmint should have been subsidizing season tickets for everyone

The funny part was that the percentages were so close. So I guess the ones who did die... DIED because they had health coverage!
