They dovetail services with public healthcare. Many of the diagnostics are paid by Proncial plans....and there is the rub.
It is not against the law, they are a private clinic and they can do what they want....right or wrong.
Using Private is not much of an excuse. The Province (public) pays for a lot of upfront investigation. Then, when the taxpayer is about to the rest out of their own pocket theyre told they have no say? Nonsense.
