'Hillary Clinton took me through hell': Child rape victim claims Clinton smeared her in 1975 to get lighter sentence for attacker she knew was guilty

  • Victim says Clinton is a hypocrite for championing women's rights after helping her attacker find loophole in the case
  • Clinton had defended Thomas Taylor, 41, in Fayettville, Arkansas
  • Clinton is heard laughing as she discusses the case in recently found audio interview from the early 1980s

if Clinton was the defense attorney then this charge against Clinton is unwarranted. Terrible for the victim but that's their system.

Yeah, there's varying opinions on this stuff which have to be respected I suppose. Tecumseh and I have widely different opinions but I can see "where he's coming from". Either you are a person who can do it or you can't. I'm a bit of a "weak sister" that way, if it's someone stealing 50 cents, not a biggy, if there's a potential for some innocent person getting hurt, that's where I balk.

THE FRENEMY OF MY FRENEMY IS, ER, . . . Inside the jealous feud between the Obamas and ‘Hildebeest’ Clintons.

I love this: “And so Bill continued to talk about Hillary’s qualifications . . . and the coming campaign in 2016. But Barack didn’t bite. He changed the subject several times. Then suddenly, Barack said something that took Bill by complete surprise. He said, ‘You know, Michelle would make a great presidential candidate, too.’”

I understand that emotion would is attached to this for the survivor. None the less, Clinton was doing her job at the time. Period. There is nothing further to argue there.

As for their adversarial system, it is what it is. You have to change the system not crucify those within in it. One can not cherry pick and say this one deserves a trial well fought but this one does not. It can not be a system where I will decide who I think is innocent and who is guilty and the trial will proceed according to feeling or interpretation of the evidence prior to.

how so, she laughed about trusting a polygraph...there is irony involved here no?

and various kinds of laughs...not all are full of merriment

Just as I said, a leftard will survive this. Had a conservative or a GOP laughed in the same situation they'd be tarred an feathered.

actually they are attempting to tar and feather Clinton but it is much ado about nothing...the press are using some poor young woman as a pawn for their headlines...why would a conservative or a GOP be any more harmed than a Democrat it would still be equally irrelevant wouldn't it?

A conservative would not see any element of the media coming to his/her defense under the rubric of just doing one's job. Instead a conservative would be pilloried under the meme of participating in a War on Women.

Katy Perry has offered to create a campaign song for former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton if she chooses to run for President in 2016.
Perry, who has become one of current U.S. leader President Barack Obama's most fervent celebrity supporters, has already signed on to back Clinton if she decides to join the race to replace him.
Perry posted a picture of herself at a Clinton book signing event on Instagram.com on Friday with the caption, "I told @hillaryclinton that I would write her a 'theme' song if she needs it..."
Clinton, who ran against Obama for the Democrats nomination in 2008, has yet to confirm she'll be running in 2016, but she is expected to be a leading candidate, with many political pundits predicting she will become America's first female president.
