A well deserved win for the South Americans. England put up a good fight but Uruguay got the luckier breaks. Brits are still not entirely out of the picture as they need (I believe) 2 games or a combination of a win and a loss by Italy. Next few days will be very telling ...
They only have 1 game left. They would be 1-2 and would a 2 or 3 team tie for second at a 1-2 record. They would then need to win the tiebreakers which are goals for/against if I am not mistaken.
