They can still get the info but need a search wattant like they do for other stuff. Saw news reports that they have filed for a whole bunch of search warrents this morning.

Yes,but don't they have to have valid reason to seek a warrant ? I don't believe [at least I hope} they can't just get an armful to use willy nilly.

They need to specify to a judge probably cause same as every other search warrent.
