I have a friend in IT at the Legislative Assembly, and part of her job, no joke, is making sure that the members have 'appropriate' dictionaries on their devices, so that mistypes are caught as spelling errors for things like this. The topic that brought it up in convo was the prevalence of people accidentally signing 'regards' wrong at the end of e-mails. This would be caught. As would typing bag wrong, wussy wrong, chit wrong, lick wrong, etc., etc.

What did we use to do before we could blame the auto-correct for our foibles?

Well the keys are beside each other- As well as some Republicans are beside themselves over this.
Simple error- rushing.
How many emails do you send in the run of a day and when ccd on the reply note an error you made.

Truthfully? None, lol. I proof read my emails.

Not proofing a text or tweet is just lazy, imho. It's okay if it's just between friends or family, but if it's part of a job it should be professionally handled don't you think?
