Roosevelt Field Mall Shooting In New York — Suspect On The Loose

There was a shooting on Sept. 25 in Garden City, New York., at the Roosevelt Field Mall and police are still looking for a suspect and residents are ‘terrified.’

It ended up being a very scary morning for shoppers at the Roosevelt Field mall in Long Island, NY., when a shooting broke out around 10:50 A.M. Currently all the local schools are in on lock down and that means no one is allowed in their buildings. Police have yet to arrest anyone and they are on a man hunt for whoever is responsible.

Helicopters were flying overhead and dozens of police offices flocked to Roosevelt Field mall after a shooting began at the shopping center.

It’s unknown if anyone has been hurt and no suspect has been arrested yet.

“This is terrifying,” a shopper, Nancy Petrillo, told News Day. “After what happened in Kenya, everyone is already on edge.”

Hell yes they are safe. They are empty. If somebody attacked a Canadian mall they'd end up shooting their self so there is at least one victim.

Yeah, PST pays for those free Libraries.. LOL

Why should I pay extra taxes for services I don't use.. if I go to the Library, Museum or Art Gallery I should pay..

If you're so proud of paying for others amusement, go stand in front of Cineplex and buy everyone a free ticket. You won't do that, so why are you so happy to let the government do it via your taxes. LOL

That Kenya attack has been mentioned quite a lot here in Gopherland lately as it has been suspected that some of the attackers were recruited from Minneapolis. Officially, the government has denied any Somalis from this area were in the attack. But Somalis here say that they were. Discussions have been made on call in radio shows, tv interviews of Somali community activists, and word on the street. All say that the government is lying about it.

Security has been beefed up in Mall of America and employees are now required to wear their badges at all times while there. Everybody else is getting a good look over by the cops and security personnel.

The Somalis come to the United States and Canada to just abuse the welfare system.. they are scammers from those spam email, to anything they can steal..

We need to change immigration policies to block them from immigrating.. anyone from a terrorist nation should be blocked.
