You know to over come a filibuster he needed a 2/3 vote, there are 100 senators, 2/3 means 67 voted were needed.

Invoking cloture, which is the term for ending a filibuster, takes 60 votes. The 2/3 is for approving treaties, overriding Presidential vetoes, approving Constitutional amendments, and convicting impeached great officers.

Just as I said.

The two Independent Senators were Liberman (former Democrat from CT) and Bernie Sanders from Vermont, listing himself as a Democratic Socialist.

And the House of Representatives was controlled by the Democrat Party.

So Obama had two years to do whatever he wanted and the Affordable Health Care Act is their baby... and it is a disaster. They can't even put their own law into effect it's such a mess.

Things aren't going as bad as the right want it to be. That's why they are inventing scandals at record pace.

Yup... Phony Scandals... each and every one.
