Because race relations aren’t bad enough, Obama just made an unannounced visit to the White House briefing room to expand on his thoughts about the Zimmerman verdict.

Update:
He goes out of his way to say “the judge acted properly” (clue: no, she didn’t, she acted so improperly, had George Zimmerman been convicted he could have had a great issue on appeal). He says “in a case like this, reasonable doubt is relevant”. No, in every case reasonable doubt is not just relevant but a core underpinning of a trial. While he says the jury has spoken, he then goes on to essentially attack the jury by acting as though the decision was all about race.

He talks about what they can do to address “this”? Try not stoking the flames, that would help a lot. Just unbelievable. He undercuts “Stand Your Ground” laws, without even acknowledging that it played no role in this case, according to the jurors who have spoken.
