I told you a few times now. A human becomes a person when the gov't recognizes them as such. Anything that happens before the form is reviewed and approved by the gov't does not legally make a human a person. Doctor's can fill out and sign and file anything they want, but until the gov't has declared it, no-one is a person.
It ain't tough to figure out, so you must be having a bad day or something.
