Harper has essentially wiped the Libs off the Canadian map, now all he has to do is make sure Mulcair gets enough rope to hang himself, then it will be the Harper team all the way.
Maybe then we can get rid if equalization payments and let the east look after it's own bills!!

It would be difficult to choose between so many "worthy" candidates if one did not lead all the rest by a country mile.

Jim Flaherty.

Flaherty practised under Harris and a few finance ministers and developed the art of finding ways for cans of dented tuna to become an Ontario staple. Now he is working very hard on his own initiative, but with Harper's instruction, to make each dented can suffice for a family.

To top that, he recently told us that democracy was a waste of time and money: that Parliament should not debate or oppose the whims of Stepehen Harper. The Bills of the CPC are not to be opposed.

Sounds familiar. Where have I heard that before?

Oh ya...

"The Bills of Don Jean's Liberals are not to be opposed."

I knew it sounded familiar.
You must have been talking to yourself if you heard that.

But then, you always talk to yourself. No one else listens to your tripe.

I see you still aren't capable of discussion.

There comes a time when one has to tune out. Repetitive statements without ever any support become insufferable.
That was a repetitive statement? Can you show me where I made it before please.

It think you just don't like having holes poked in your ideological rants.

You aren't unique.

It's amazing that the only success that the Conservatives have to brag about (the banking system), had absolutely nothing to do with any policy they came up with. The safeguards were in place long before Harper came to power. I suppose they can pat themselves on the back for not dismantling it, I suppose.

The Conservatives went on a mad spending spree, like a winning Wheel of Fortune contestant ~circa 1990, spending mainly in Conservative held ridings. This did nothing to stimulate our economy given how porous our borders are, and simply managed to give us crushing deficits until at least 2015. The amazing thing is that the Conservatives trumpet their success at lowering the deficit - a mess of their own making. It's like your kid pissing all over the toilet seat and then expecting a chocolate bar for cleaning most of it up.

Because that's what the Canadian people wanted. hence the oppositions insistence.

Con riding or not, Action Plan Canada is stimulating the hell out of the economy in my riding, and in the Liberal ridings I've found work in.

You did not make a repetitive statement then but you will. Apart from it being completely untrue, what does Dion have to do with this. Strawman deflections are not discussion. You could, if you wanted to deflect and appear to be saying something, have posted some apparent support for that canard.

And the two who quibbled should think before they say you are realistic.

Ideology is your bag not mine. I gave a factual statement about Flahery that I can support. The forst part is known history and needs no supporting argument.

There was no

Apology accepted.

I have no idea, I said nothing about Dion. Speaking of strawmen.

Strawman deflections are not discussion.
I know. Which is why I mock your use of them.

And the two who quibbled should think before they say you are realistic.
Why? They're right.

Ideology is your bag not mine.
The evidence dictates otherwise.

Anyways, back to reality...

The CPC, though hypocritical, are nothing new in the Canadian political sphere.

Of course you did not say anything about Dion. You said it if Chretien. So what's the difference. It is still the same logical fallacy and an entirely unwarranted smear. Chretien never in his political career said that a Parliamentary debate on a Budget was a waste of time and money. Never once did he decry democracy.

You are pitiful
