be, i'm curious to know, of course with the exception of another serial killer.

It is very disturbing to know there is a human walking around killing and mutilating animals.
That person has a mental handicap and needs help, and others need protection from that person,
as well as any animals he/she has not yet harmed.

I have to disagree,the way some act,killing others for fun,in my mind they can't be called human,no "human" would ever go out killing animals or another human for fun,and sometime it annoys me when some allege expert in psychology comes in and try to explain all of this on childhood trauma,how may had bad parents when they were kids,but never went out to kill animals and other people for fun.....these excuses are too easy.

Perhaps if they had been caught when young enough they could have been turned around. Dunno.

Hope they catch the cat guy(s).................usually they're males, young, quirky, loners, bright - or not, problems at home, no home, societal rejects, etc.

Ahhhh...I see..... so the definition of a human being floats around does it. It's what ever "your mind" thinks it is at any particular moment. Kind of like German soldiers during WWI and WWII weren't really human, and Japanese during WWII weren't really human, and those damn NV during the Vietnam "conflict" weren't really human. Isn't it interesting how mankind can justify the killing of their fellow man by arbitrarily deciding where the line is between human and not human.

yup, we just happen to have two legs rather than four, and a brain that should help us to do better,
seems we choose to go the other way, the culprit this thread is about is an extreme example, but does
tell us we should take note, and wonder why some are do deranged, then look deeper into the problems.

Part of it might be,but animals do not kill for fun,only to eat or protect their territories(and thats only if the invader doesn't get the message)

Aminals kill for fun. A well fed cat will catch a mouse, & let it go
only to catch it over and over 'till it kills it. Lots of animals kill
not only their own species, but others....over territory.

Humans ARE animals that were given the gift of knowing right from wrong. If they make wrong choices thay are still human and still animals.
