Just like Mike Hair-ass mess and the Liberals could have cleaned it up but the downturn of the economy slowed that down

Ontario's economy was booming not long after Mike Harris took the reins from now Liberal Leader Bob Rae. The only ones I heard whining the whole time was the Public Service, teachers Unions and the opposition. McGuinty had 8 years to blame his shortcomings on Mike Harris which was all he could do because he is a turd.

I'll just leave it there.
