What a cop-out.
Seeing how you are prolific in your posts of detailing how there is a majority of people that support these initiatives, where are they in getting together with you and installing the tech?
Which is it? Is the majority 'educated' already or just too cheap to put their money where their mouth is?
You don't need to immediately install a solar panel or plant a tree to support an initiative.
The first step is to enact public policy. It would be nice if this could be left to private industry, but unfortunately, the free market is flawed. Corporations will tie whatever green measures they support to profit and it doesn't make sense that environmental concern is limited to profitability.
How many of those hypocrites have installed meaningful green tech?.. Other than Redford (maybe)
Again, this is just farcical.
It's not meaningfully practical (nor fair) to expect every person to have the same level of exposure, time, or consideration for whatever movement or idea that takes hold.
Priority starts from top to bottom, not the other way around.
That's why the industry leaders and government officials are the first in line to be responsible for this matter. Especially considering it's been scientifically sound for quite a while now.
