There seems to be bipartisan support for discussing the possibility of that too.

Had it just been Republicans challenging Obama, maybe one could have tried to spin it as just Republicans playing dirty politics. But when you have bipartisan opposition, it's a little harder to argue the case, especially when they have brought it before an impartial court.

Plus at the moment it is a NATO action and the USA has a treaty with that group. I have previously called for the abrogation of that treaty but since nobody has objected up to now, it can still be used to justify any actions that it calls for.
