Lived in Saskatchewan for a while, know all about the government mindset there, with there gov car insurance, ph co and all . All are losers, they could never compete with private cos.
Do you still have gov liquor stores, what a useless organization this is/was!!!

I don't think Saskatchewan could solve a problem if their life dependent on it.
Saskatchewan has been so indoctrinated into having the government do everything in that province that when their faced with a new problem, all they can do is come up with excuses. Saskatchewan is not the only province with natives.

Absolutely, but we have many phone companies to chose from, choice and flexibility is just great, too bad you can never get a chance to experience it.

in Saskatchewan. Got'cha! I was just wondering where you were going
with this. So.....what are your ideas on solving the problem?
