Big difference between free speech and hate speech.

Mmhmm, the former is a category the latter should belong to. Of course, this isn't the case in Canada. I wonder, if this pastor was Canadian could he be successfully prosecuted under our thought crime laws?

Gut reaction?? Having some law back you up legally or morally helps the argument have a foundation that should be the same day-in and day-out

and a youtube account, one of the main ingredients of the whole formula. How about two takes, one without fire-water or pump up speeches and the other max out on both..

Thank you for demonstrating argument from free association? Don't need to see it again though.

Seriously.

building actually.
Since you missed the literary connotation, it would be, planet actually.

There are no limits in section 2b, apart from acts of violence, or threats of violence.

To invoke section 1, you would have to state that he should have had clear knowledge that his act would have caused the reaction. But to do that, you would have to characterize the whole of Islam, as violent, and prone to violence.

That's bigotry.

Hey, I admit I have some bigotry in me, like all people. If someone says they are not bigoted in any way. They're lying.

But what out weighs my bigotry, is my belief in freedom.

Freedom trumps my opinion, always.

You spelled REASONABLE and COULD wrong.

Well since you seem to bag all Muslims in one group, violent. I guess we can do this in Markham Ontario. You set it up, I'll bring the Qurans and lighter fluid.

There you go trying to put words in people's mouths again and foist an opinion on someone. Try asking for calrification before doing this if you are unsure.

I actually believe most Muslims are a peaceful people and there are a few radicals who like to promote violence. Same can be said for every religion or secular group.

I am sure Markham would have very few that would kick your a*s for burning the Quran. A theocratic country on the other hand would probably have a lot more. If you are going to burn the book as a symbol of your disapproval of muslim nations you should probably have the balls to do it in one, not in Markham.

I'm surprised you recognized that since you don't know the meaning of either.

But hey, way to show cause.

There you go trying to put words in people's mouths again and foist an opinion on someone.
You have stated clearly, that the Pastor should have know his acts would incite violence.

That clearly means you believe, beyond reasonable probability that, Muslims would react violently.

Try asking for calrification before doing this if you are unsure.
I'm not unsure about your position, I can provide several posts where you state clearly and strenuously, that he is partly responsible. For that to be true, again, you would have to reasonably believe that Muslims have a propensity to be violent.

Way to back peddle.

You get me a plane ticket, I'll clear my schedule and pick up the lighter fluid and Qurans.

I've put my life on the line for freedom before. That's what real men do.

Thank-you

I actually have to retract that, it is quite apparrent he is not capable of reasonable thought so I'll give him a pass with the insanity defense.

That clearly means you believe, beyond reasonable probability that, Muslims would react violently.
Not beyond (another attempt at giving someone else an opinion of your choosing). Given the current situation of this stupid was against Islam that is being propagated by morons like yourself who wish to impose their beliefs on others there is a reasoable chance that violence could erupt from almost anything even remotely provocative. Maybe you lack the mental capacity to understand that?

I'm not unsure about your position, I can provide several posts where you state clearly and strenuously, that he is partly responsible. For that to be true, again, you would have to reasonably believe that Muslims have a propensity to be violent.
I have a reasonable belief that ANY oppressed people have a propensity to violent response.

You get me a plane ticket, I'll clear my schedule and pick up the lighter fluid and Qurans.
Buy your own ticket, I challange you to go do it! I would hazard a guess though that you are a fully neutered bear and would sh*t yourself before the plane took off.

How about this for just a second. Take all your free hate speech out of the equation and just tell me if you think what the Rev did was right or wrong. Nothing about if he had a right but was it right?

I've put my life on the line for freedom before.
I highly doubt that. You may have put your life on the line for oppression and warfiteering but freedom...nah

Your quite welcome. I've never seen someone thank me, for pointing out their failings before. It was refreshingly funny.

I actually have to retract that
Finally some show of reason.

there is a reasoable chance that violence could erupt from almost anything even remotely provocative.
Yep, you're still saying that Muslims have a propensity for violence.

I have a reasonable belief that ANY oppressed people have a propensity to violent response.
Then why do you want to oppress us with your version of restricted expression?

How about this for just a second. Take all your free hate speech out of the equation and just tell me if you think what the Rev did was right or wrong. Nothing about if he had a right but was it right?
I think it was outright offensive, as I said many pages ago. You were to busy trying to look right, and missed it.

Buy your own ticket, I challange you to go do it! I would hazard a guess though that you are a fully neutered bear and would sh*t yourself before the plane took off.
Your anonymity, makes that silly assumption and challenge to my manhood, empty at best. Like Cansuck's shot early, it fails to so much as raise an eyebrow.

And I highly doubt, that you poses the tackle to say it my face.

I highly doubt that. You may have put your life on the line for oppression and warfiteering but freedom...nah
Unlike you, I'm not anonymous...

I've met the man, it would take sveral men to stop him from doing something he set his mind to..

So Nicki, you can say anything you want. People know I'm real. You don't have that credibility. But feel free to keep making yourself look stupid.

And like I said, i wasn't even thinking about my military service, when I said that.

Oops, you're doing it again.

Hmm, so frustrated you're messing up with the quote tags now. Interesting how you edit statements to make them mean something different so you can then launch into a fallacious attack.

Obviously you have proven my point about you being Ba*lless by failing to answer a simple straghtforward question. Of course we earlier established you do not understand the whole idea of what a question is so I could expect nothing less. Here, I'll put it to you again so you can be chickensh*t one more time for us.

According to the Dhimwits in here one burned quran is worth a dozen or two human heads...
I would hate to see them holding the scales of justice......no bias whatsoever:roll:...wonder why?

Actually 1 burned Quran is worth 1 rolling head. Shame some people don't have the Balls or decency to admit that.

I think you find camels attractive...............

It is true that in some places westerners (and locals) have been known to use camels for sexual relief. Unlike the dynamic duo, all those others would ride the camel to the brothel, while you two, .............. well not good for the camel.
