Prophet Mohammed judged for the Jew against the Muslim who was a hypocrite

A Jew and a Muslim who was a hypocrite (not a true believer) had a problem and the Jew wanted to go to Mohammed to judge for them, while the Muslim wanted to go to Huyay the chief of Jews: the Muslim wanted to go to the chief of Jews: because he knew him judge with falsehood, while the Jew wanted to go to Mohammed because he knew him judge with the truth paying no attention to person or tribe or religion or sect.

So they went to Mohammed who judged for the Jew against the hypocrite.
The hypocrite did not agree and insisted to go to Huyay the chief of Jews.

The Jew said: "Aren't you Muslim and Mohammed is your prophet?"
So while they quarrelled, Omar saw them and inquired about the problem.
The Jew said to him: "God's apostle judged to my case, and this Muslim does not agree."
Omar said: "Wait for me" and he went home and brought his sword and cut off the neck of the hypocrite, and said: "Such is the judgment for the one who does not agree about the sentence of God and His apostle."

Lovely story, don't agree with the word of god and you get your head chopped off.

Guess he knew you were coming then eh?

So the moral of the story is, in your version of Islam, Muslims are opportunistic, not to be trusted, and when someone doesn't do as a Muslim thinks they should, just cut their head off, good to know.

I already had an idea, but thanx for the confirmation.

Bear and Friend of Bear have argument over woman. Friend of Bear say woman his, Bear say woman his. Friend of Bear say, I fight you for woman. Bear say no, you can have woman, many woman in world. Friend of Bear gloat and take woman, who wouldn't put out and when woman did, gave Friend of Bear many tiny livestock and other assorted STD's. Bear find new woman that dig kinky sex and give Bear many happy years of bug free sex and two beautiful Cubs.

Moral of that story, don't start shyte over trivial crap, and you won't end up picking your blue balls.

God commands justice, kindness and giving to kinsfolk; He forbids indecency, abomination and transgression

This is in the Quran 16: 90
The explanation:
(God commands justice, kindness and giving to kinsfolk; He forbids indecency, abomination and transgression;

He exhorts you [people, with such instructions] that you may accept the admonition.

[O Muslims,] fulfill God's covenant when you have entered into it, and break not oaths, after having ratified, and [after] you have made God your 'Surety'; [for] God knows all that you do.)

God commands to restore the trusts to their owners, and to judge with justice between people

This is in the Quran 4: 58

Geezus, no wonder Islam's screwed, you talk out both sides of yer face.

You don't understand or you want to misunderstand or pretend do not understand.

The one killed by Omar was a hypocrite and unjust; he did not accept justice and the just sentence of God and his messenger; so he was killed and the Jew spared.

But this Jew was not like you; he had the right in this case, and the sentence was to his side; so not all Jews are unjust like you.

I understand completely.

Hacking someones head off is pretty clear cut, pun intended.

The one killed by Omar was a hypocrite and unjust; he did not accept justice and the just sentence of God and his messenger; so he was killed and the Jew spared.
Which just goes hand in hand with more Muslims are killed by Muslims then anyone else.

Go figure.

But this Jew was not like you; he had the right in this case, and the sentence was to his side; so not all Jews are unjust like you.
Ya, I'm unjust, just because I don't think cutting someones head off because he does take Mo's word for it.

Give your head a shake eanassir.

Now I know that you do not want to understand.

God ordered the trust in deputy should be given back to its owner.

E.g. if one trusted you with a sum of money or a valuable ornament or object, and after a time he came and demanded his object or money; then you should give it back to him complete and intact.

Therefore, Jews and Christians are two kinds here: some are faithful and give the trust in deputy back to its owner, and the other do not restore it back. So God warned of such betrayers, as in the Quran 3: 75

What's not to understand?

Don't do as Mo says, and have your head lopped off.

Awesome.

That's an awesome though, but in the 21st century, we have civil courts.

Not that Islam understands what 'civil' means. As thoroughly illustrated by yourself.

Lets numerate these.

1. The devotion to God alone

2. Kind dealing with parents.

3. Kindness to the kindred.

4. No squandering of the wealth.

5. No murder of children because of penury.

6. No adultery.

7. No murder is allowed.

8. Care about the orphan.

9. Fulfilling the covenant.

10. Be just in weighing and measuring for people

11. Don't spy about people.

12. Don't be so proud.

I contend that all of these can be split into two categories: worthless, and known long before someone claimed that "God told me so."

Numbers 1 and 9 are worthless. You can be a good person without any devotion to a god or fulfillment of their dogma.

Numbers 2 and 3 are worthless. These things come naturally. It is only natural for a child to love their parents and to love their family. Making a rule out of it makes a mockery of that love. There is no love where there is obligation.

Numbers 5 and 7 are worthless. Murder by definition is unlawful killing. It doesn't say that all killing of people is wrong. The question is then, well when is it right? And we are given no such wisdom. But apparently infidels have it coming...

Number 4 is worthless for a similar reason. Don't spend my money worthlessly? Thanks for the tip.

We are left with 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12. Such wisdom has existed since time immemorial, long before anybody could conceive that we may have been created instead of born. Adultery is the enemy of most any loving relationship between people. Jealousy and heartbreaking a feeling that is apparent even amongst our pets. Caring for orphans is another natural feeling, one that doesn't need to be mandated. It is only natural to feel sympathy for children left behind by the untimely passing of their parents.

Ever since people began to barter and trade, dishonesty in trade has been abhorred, number 11 imparts no new wisdom. Tells us nothing we didn't know millenia before the Quran. Similarly, ever since we donned clothing, we have sought to have our privacy. That we may do our harmless things in peace and be left alone. Nobody needs to be told that espionage is harmful to the individual.

To be so proud of a work of man as to kill other people for besmirching it, very few people need to be told that this is wrong. That this is inhumane.

Very few people need to be told this. But apparently some people do.

The Ten Commandments in the Quran
These Commandments in the Torah of Ezra came special for your neighbor and your kindred, while in the Quran it came general for all people not only for your neighbor and kindred.
The Ten Commandments In The Quran

The Admonition in the Quran

Very strange indeed that a man pertaining to science thinks in such a way: these are the most high morale for all humanity to follow, which God Himself wrote in the stony tablets for his servant Moses.

Then such commandments were affirmed in the Gospel, then enjoined in the Quran.
God Himself had said such commandments before the Quran as did He say it in the Quran.

The atheist does not agree about the First Commandment that God is One without associate, because he does not say about God's existence.

Then, according to him, the rest of the commandments are not worthy : the parents should be honored, and the man should not be murdered and his wealth not stolen.

This is not correct: such words are easy to be said by tongue, but practically the disbeleiver contradicts all these commandments in reality. You see him, although most of them say they apply such commandmentsm, you see him shout at the parents, steal when opportunity comes, and may participate in wars to kill people.

I assert this and this is in the Quran 107: 1-3

The explanation:
(Have you considered him who denies 'the punishment and the reward' [in the afterlife.]

It is he who thrusts the orphan [away from his rights.]

And never urges [people] to feed the needy.)

And there was a man: a disbelieve, and idol worshipper; he said: If there is any Paradise in the afterlife, I should be admitted to this Paradise, because I expended a lot of money (but he spent that on his mistress)

And these ayat 90: 5-20 were revealed concerning him:

The explanation:
(Does he think none is more powerful than he is? [Are not the angels more powerful?]

Saying [to his people]: "I have expended abundant wealth [in charity.]"

Does he think none [of Our angels who record the words and work of people] has
seen him [when he expended that wealth on his beloved woman, but not for the poor?]

Have We not appointed to him two eyes,
And a tongue, and two lips,
And acquainted him about the two ways [of the truth and the falsehood]?

But he cannot assault the steep [in order to enter into Paradise.]

But do you know what [work, makes him worthy of assaulting] the steep?
[It is] to free a slave or a captive.
Or to feed in the time of starvation:
An orphan of the relatives.
Or a poor man who sits in the dust [from poverty.]

In addition to be one of those who believe and advise each other to be steadfast,
and advise each other to be merciful.

Such will have 'success and happiness' [in Paradise.]

But those who unbelieve in Our revelations will receive [after their death] the bad
omen [of the chastisement.]

A fire will be closed over them.)

NB: One of my friends said this true statement:
When a man believes he will be among the best of mankind; he is the same man, but when he believes he will be one of the best of mankind, and when this man disbelieves he will be one of the worst of mankind: God purifies him when he believes.

So basically, what I understand by this is that the Jews and their neighbouring Arab friends were to ignorant to realize what the rest of humanity already knew about proper behaviour, that god had to order them to act like the rest of humanity. And that after about three thousand years after the Jews were ordered to act civilized, that god had to tell the Arabs the same thing. These people must have been some barbarians for god to take time out of his busy schedule to have to come down here and straighten you guys out.

No E.A. Nassir, what this atheist, and others before me, say is that if your god is so vain as to need my subjugation, then it is a false god. A person who has done a good deed doesn't need to be praised in order to feel good about their good deed. If your god cannot even attain this level of dignity, than it is less than human, not more.

One of the first things I was told about god, when I was a child, was that "god is love." After that I was told all the horrible things god was going to do to me if I didn't obey every command, not only of god, but of everybody else who was older than me. My little mind went, "WTF! Where's the love here?" I spent almost 40 years trying to find the answer to that question. I found it but it wasn't in religion. Religions and their books are sign posts showing the way but in order to find what we seek, we have to make the journey. And life is a journey, not a destination. If we don't learn something new every day, we are goofing off. I see the Creator in everything, everyone and every event. Books just can't contain that kind of experience.
