Hey guys,
Anyone have a tasty unique potato salad recipe?
Thanks!!
Just take your standard potato salad recipe--you know, boiled potatoes, boiled eggs, dill pickles, green onions, chives, mayonnaise, radishes, whatever you usually do--and add a couple of tablespoons of mustard to the mix, just enough to give it a faintly yellowish cast. That little bit of piquancy takes it to the next level.
Yup mustard gives it an awesome zing. Couldn't agree more.
I do like a spicy kick to the salad and may use a touch of horse radish to get that added flavor.
Did i miss it or does nobody put peas in their salad? I wonder where that came from, putting peas in potato salad
Ferment them, distill that and drink the end result.
