I know! How cool is that?! I must get one.

My wife wants to get a haircut like Leland! I want to change the dog's name to Dog. I was thinking of paying Ozzy to sing a song about me but I can only afford that guy who quit the Bare Naked Ladies.

Does life imitate art or is it the other way round these days?

Now there we agree, my wife could never understand why I like it.

Indeed, “Married With Children’, one of the all time great comedies. It is not my most favorite comedy show, but it is very near the top.

I have been thinking of putting up a thread of my most favorite comedy show for a while now. But in that I want to briefly review most of the comedy shows I have seen. That will take time, and I keep putting it off.

eeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwww What did that crawl out from under? That a wannabe wrestler or something?
lol S'whatcha get for not watching tv much. That's Dog the Bounty Hunter. I can think of funnier things to watch, though. Fawlty Towers is awesome. Black Adder is awesome! Used to be better American ones on like Cheers, Newhart, WKRP, and Futurama isn't bad.

Not a bad idea for a thread, there have been quite a few good comedy's out there, haven't been to crazy about any recently though.

Same with me, ironsides. Anyway, our dialog motivated me to finally write up my review of the comedies I have seen. It is almost done. Look for the thread in the next few days.

At least you knew where you stood with him. Want to see our national debt chart now? In our minds times were good with him.

bizzymum, you appear to be what you accuse Presidents Reagan and GW Bush, in spades.

Except that it's unlikely that you could be elected dogcatcher.

Hello...he had Alzheimers and it was covered up for many years. How scary that there was a leader that was actually legally incompetent. George W. Bush was just stupid.

Bizzymum, Reagan was a buffoon. He is the father of modern conservatism, whose philosophy is, borrow and spend. He enacted huge tax cuts and as a result incurred huge deficits. All the conservative leaders, whether Republicans in USA or PC, Conservative Party here in Canada, have continued with that august tradition.

Since Reagan’s days, conservatism can be summarized as follows: Cut taxes, spend like a drunken sailor, borrow like there is no tomorrow and run up huge debt and deficit.

Only Reagan had one more endearing quality, he was fond of cutting spending for the poor (not the rich, of course, one can’t be a Republican and penalize the rich in any manner whatever).
