Nah, ass hat just means someone is stubborn, having their head up their own ass. Having a brain shaped like an ass to me would imply low intelligence. Not much surface area on an ass compared to a regular brain. Even Rita MacNeil after a three hour soak in brine wouldn't have the surface area on her ass that a regular brain does!
