That means that 14,582 OTHER posts must have been made on this entire forum in the meantime. There is no way CC saw that many posts in a matter of two and 1/2 weeks (Dec 15 - Dec 31).
I'm 90% sure the post date is correct.

Last time I went through Sudbury it looked like a moonscape but that was before the smoke stack was extended and started dumping all their toxins in the US. (Brilliant strategy, by the way.) I heard rumors of bushes growing there now.

Yea boy, the birch trees are have reached the point were a thousand of them grow everywhere and they start to die back. Other trees have been filling the gaps and its getting interesting. Were also in the Great Lakes Forest region and we have alot of diversity making roots again.
No, just rumours. Last time I passed through Sudbury was in '72. Didn't hang around. It even looked dreadful after Montreal (Gag!).
