You've been praising Trump's "learning" for months now, but there isn't any evidence that he's actually learned anything. Just evidence of his repeated failures. If the 5 year old burns his hand, and then does it again, and then again, and then again, you might think there's something wrong with his head.

You REALLY think he got to be President by not learning anything? Trump actually knows a hell of a lot more than he lets on. That's part of his M.O. to his advantage. Just watch how close he is able to get to being impeached without actually being impeached. I have a relative or two that acts much like Trump and I know how these people "tick". It amounts to knowing the limits!
