I support the concept of a society where responsible law abiding citizens own more firearms than the police, military, and criminals. Imo, I am a liberal. Those that oppose me are Liberals.

Funny thing would be if all the leftists suddenly support eliminating gun restrictions and next thing you know you have leftists all buying guns for their homes. That would be funny.

NDP used to be a working man party. I have no doubt that there are many blue collar workers that like to hunt. Too bad that Layton has turned his back on them.

I was happy Harper got a majority.

I expect the government to do four things, as these were the reasons I elected them:

Dump the Long Gun registry.

Initiate Senate Reform.

Kill the per-vote political party subsidy.

Add 30 seats in Ontario and the west.

As for the rest, continued support for the Canadian military, and continued support for our allies in the world will top my requirements for the CPC getting my vote next time.

Which they probably WILL get, unless they fail at those things I want, or get too bloody carried away with the anti-drug, pro-mandatory sentencing "law and order" foolishness.......
