Vince Li isn't being punished for being sick, he was removed from society after beheading another human being who had a right to get on a bus with other passengers and feel safe....from your view point what was Tim McLean being punished for? And why is his life worth less...he is dead and everyone on that bus that witnessed that hideous scene will never be the same person they were prior to.
