"The decision to advise Her Majesty to prorogue Parliament was unlawful because it had the effect of frustrating or preventing the ability of Parliament to carry out its constitutional functions without reasonable justification."

The Supreme Court did not find that Johnson lied. Your quote doesn't prove otherwise.

The court cannot find that Johnson lied because nobody knows, apart from the Head of Government and Head of State, what Boris said to the Queen.

Also when you get an 11-0 Supreme Court decision there is little doubt that the Queen should have known that it was illegal.

Clearly she is not capable of carrying out her duties.

The Queen couldn't have known that it was illegal - because it wasn't at the time of her meeting with Boris.

The prorogation only became illegal when the Supreme Court itself passed a new law to make it illegal - and then it declared it illegal.

Just days before, the High Court ruled Johnson's prorogation to be entirely legal, and did so by following at least 300 years of precedent.

The Supreme Court's ruling was another Establishment stitch-up against the largest democratic vote in British history.

Getting rid of PMs is actually one of the powers that the Queen has. She sacked the Australian PM in the 1970s.

The Remainers have threatened to use the Queen in order to achieve their nefarious ends and the champion at breaking boundaries and traditions is Speaker Bercow, who has been doing those things to destroy Brexit (democracy).

But I suppose it's only bad when the Brexiteers do such things, eh?
No...if it is wrong.....it if wrong regardless of party ..

things are really not good when both are trying to use the Queen for their own agenda.
She might be the "Mother figure.".........but she is not their mom.

The prorogation only became wrong when the Supreme Court changed the law to suddenly make it wrong after the appeal against the High Court's decision reached the Supreme Court.

Days earlier, the High Court, following 300 years of precedent, found the prorogation to be legal.

No Deal it is...

Brexit: Deal essentially impossible, No 10 source says after PM-Merkel call

A No 10 source has said a Brexit deal is "essentially impossible" after a call between the PM and Angela Merkel.

Boris Johnson and the German chancellor spoke earlier about the proposals he put forward to the EU - but the source said she made clear a deal based on them was "overwhelmingly unlikely".

Why ? How long should the next guy have ? Should the Brits just pull down their drawers and bend over ?

New poll finds voters are more likely to blame Remainer MPs and Parliament than Boris Johnson if Brexit is delayed beyond the Halloween deadline

A survey conducted by ComRes shows that if the UK's departure date is pushed back beyond October 31 then the PM will be at least partially blamed for the extension by just over half of voters.

But crucially for the PM the numbers show that voters will blame other groups far more than they will the premier if he is unable to stick to his 'do or die' Brexit pledge.

The statistics represent a boost for Mr Johnson and Downing Street because they come as the chances of a Brexit deal appear to be shrinking while the possibility of an extension past Halloween increases.

Number 10 is adamant that the UK will leave the EU with or without a deal but the government has also conceded that it will have to comply with the so-called Benn Act.

That anti-No Deal law states that the PM must ask the EU for a delay if the two sides have not struck an accord in the run up to the October 31 deadline.

However, Downing Street has made clear that while it will ask for a delay in such circumstances it will also make plain to the EU that it does not want an extension.

Should a delay be agreed, the ComRes poll for The Telegraph suggests Mr Johnson would have to shoulder some of the blame.

But he is likely to be heartened by the fact other groups would be blamed more than he would.

It is almost certain now that the Eu will simply throw the Brits out.
