But have the problems in the mentioned areas disappeared ? Reasons or not have those countries stabilized ?

Afghanistan was also a NATO-approved operation. NATO invoked Article 5.

pgs doesn't understand the difference between a casus belli and an outcome.

Yet Bin Laden was found in Pakistan , should we be at war with them ? What I would have done is of no matter , it is the outcome , if those wars were started to bring peace and stability to the region they were abject failures despite the good intentions . Regardless no new wars so far during Trump’s administration .

Yea did NATO bring peace and stability to the region ? Who is the dominant member of NATO ? Do they call the shots ?
