Today GM began laying off 4000 salaried workers in North America. They are shutting 4 plants in America and one in Canada in order to free up $6 billion to transition into electric vehicles.

It sure as hell wouldn't be a GM. There was a time when they made good vehicles but that was several decades ago, now. It's been mostly junk out of GM since around 1980.
