Ohh, so it's alright for so we can chase after pedophile bogeymen?

Regardless, the government is backing down on the warrant-less access anyway due to the backlash from the left and right. The law is fundamentally flawed and an affront to our rights.

I understand that perfectly. Have they diminished child pornography to any visible extent?

Ohh, so it's alright for everyone's privacy to be potentially violated so we can chase after pedophile bogeymen?

Regardless, the government is backing down on the warrant-less access anyway due to the backlash from the left and right. The law is fundamentally flawed and an affront to our rights.

I doubt if that is physically possible. I'm not sure which is worse "pedophile bogeymen" or contracting the "Sky is falling" syndrome!

Show me anything that proves our laws to be inadequate.

I`m not sure which is worse, your blatant ignorance to the topic at hand or your willingness to throw away our rights in the name of catching more criminals, which is a ruse anyway.

Did you support the firearm registry, same logic there. Penalizing the majority in order to protect against a phantom gun crime issue.

We are all terrorist pedophiles until proven otherwise.

Apparently. Cops never make mistakes or have ulterior motives, do they? Heaven forbid that we have a judicial layer that ensures the requests are valid and appropriate.

If they claim nothing changes for law abiding types then why change the laws?

Hey, Petros - you're losing your edge, that don't make sense. It's the law non abiding types they are trying to address. Actually just for sake of argument let's say I'm suspected of pedophilia/ porn distribution, if they take an hour of my time to rule me out GOOD. It just expedites the rest of their investigation and one less person is a consideration. Now having said that I don't want them breaking my door down at 3 A.M.

Very poor analogy, this involves people not guns. What majority has been penalized, with regard to child porn?
