What OS? If XP then try this:

1 Start

2. Run

3. "services.msc" (no quotes)

4. Go down to the "Print Spooler" service

5. Right-click

6. Properties

7. Make sure it is enabled and set to start automatically

That's how you would do it on XP, not sure on other OS's.
