White House moves to bar counselor Kellyanne Conway from testifying to Congress about alleged violations of Hatch Act
The move was confirmed by two White House officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity to freely discuss private deliberations. Anticipating Conway's noncompliance, the House Oversight Committee plans to vote Wednesday on a subpoena to force her testimony.
A report earlier this month by the Office of Special Counsel �� which is run by a President Trump appointee �� found that Conway violated the Hatch Act on numerous occasions.

Nadler subpoenaing a dozen Trump staffers - including Jarod, Sessions, Flynn, Rosestein and even Lewandowski. So they are going right back to the campaign.
The emphasis seems to be on Trumps efforts to obstruct the investigation and it will be fun to watch how the White House will try to scuttle this investigation.

The Judiciary Committee voted along party lines to subpoena 12 people with connections to President Trump, including the president��s son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner and Jeff Sessions, in its ongoing investigation.
The panel also voted to subpoena documents related to the Trump administration��s ��zero tolerance�� policy on migrants entering the country illegally, which led to the separation of thousands of children from their parents in 2018.
