How will the Saudis build the Jedi supercities, convert from burning oil for electricity, build super LNG ports, railways, water desalination, highways and pipelines without their $100bbl minimum?
To get OPEC to slow the rate of barrels a day, to bring up the price, so that Steven's Canadian oil strategy can work as he planned.

We are out pumping OPEC and we bought into OPEC ie; Libya and Suncor/PetroCan. Look it up. Libya is pumping into EU like crazy.

Read back in the thread how we agreed to the OPEC $100 a bbl minimum. With the new facilities we built over the past ten years with the source money for the ActionPlan all but complete we can triple domestic production and forever take price control away from OPEC and the Bolsheviks.
