indeed......and THAT was NOT sarcasm. It was played as "playful banter" but the words were meant to reach the intended ears. Trump and Russia have had a "relationship " for some time........

Trump is a master......but crude, superficial manipulator, and is so enamoured with Putin , he is putty in Putin's palm. THAT makes Trump a security risk.........as he cannot be objective about Putin/ and any deals with him. Same applies to Kim.
