I have heard that said many times by Canadians...that Dems are like Canadian conservatives. We have some real whacko Democrats here that I am sure that they would give your Libs a run for their money.
Some Democrats here are conservative Democrats. My Congressman Steve Lynch falls into that category. He ran for the state house as he was working as a Union Steel Worker. Union or not...those guys aren't Birkenstock wearing liberals.
