Allen off the mound...........Shaw in to replace him..... reviews right and left but runner is out at second while Heyward is safe on first with 1 out

Heyward steals second then makes it to 3rd on a wild pitch to second

Baez bunting foul and strikes out

Maden will have to live with that call

Fowler out at first as Lindor makes a great play and we are off to the bottom of the 9th

Extra innings in game 7 - this hasn't happened since 1960 when Bill Mazeroski broke my little heart by hitting a game winning HR off of Ralph Terry and defeating my Yankees.

Schwarber leads things off for the Cubbies

and he gets a base hit.......his 3rd of the night

Bryant at 1 and 2..........2 and 2.......and he flies out....but the pinch runner makes it safely to second

and the Tribe will walk Rizzo.........chickens................

Ben Zobrist to the plate.........takes a high ball first pitch...........then gets caught looking at a strike.......foul to the bleachers.......and he sends a missile deep to right field and the runner comes in to score

in all my years of watching/playing/coaching baseball, there was an unwritten rule = never keep the third baseman off the bag late in the game - keep him as close to it as possible to avoid a double - Indians broke that rule and you see what happened ...
