No. One is a language, the other a diet. Though admittedly it can be tricky to eat vegan and speak in Esperanto at the same time. How is it with English and meat?

But I must say many Esperanto-speakers I've met are vegetarian or vegan. Probably has to do with both sharing a similar philosophy.

I've been vegan for well over a decade, and not deficiency here. The steak's not cutting off the windpipe I hope.
