Let us be clear. . . the proposal is not that Justice Kavanaugh be impeached for committing possibly criminal sexual improprieties with various women at some point or points in the past.

The New York Times was forced to correct a smear article on Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh after it was revealed that they excluded exculpatory evidence from their report.
"An earlier version of this article, which was adapted from a forthcoming book, did not include one element of the book's account regarding an assertion by a Yale classmate that friends of Brett Kavanaugh pushed his p nis into the hand of a female student at a drunken dorm party," The Times wrote in a correction. "The book reports that the female student declined to be interviewed and friends say that she does not recall the incident. That information has been added to the article."
The Federalist's Molly Hemingway noted the correction and an apparent change in the text of the Times' report, which stated: "the female student declined to be interviewed and friends say she does not recall the episode."

Sworn testimony with no corroboration even though the FBI spent weeks investigating and Kavanaugh had been vetted seven previous times by the FBI.
There are lots of victims that came forward but the misogynists in the GOP shot them down ... for a while, anyway. I'm sure that a real investigation is pending once Trump is gone and his corruption has been driven from the Justice Department. Kavanaugh is not long for that position.
Excuse me but the DOJ was corrupt WAAAYYYY before Trump ever became President. In was, in fact, corrupt under Obama, although not necessarily just under Obama, maybe Bush as well).
Read the Book called "Licensed to Lie" by Sidney Powell and it'll give you a really good look at how the DOJ has been corrupt for some time and what took place in that book I can see taking place right now because they're using the same tactics. It's quite the read and Americans need to be worried not only about how their legal system operates but the people in charge who are supposedly supposed to ensure that the laws are upheld. BTW, they're not!!
