King Charles III joked he was glad to have been let out of his cage as he made a surprise army visit.

The British military's Commander-in-Chief, 75, who is currently enjoying a high popularity rating, visited the Royal School of Military Engineering in Surrey as he returns to full time work for the first time since his cancer diagnosis.

The King is known for his love of meeting and chatting to his people and so is enjoying being back to work...
