Buddy was all show and no substance... Reminded me of the politicians portrayed in movies that campaigned from the back of a train promising everything to everyone... An individual so hyper-idealistic that his policies were either impossible or outright ridiculous

I will give Layton that, his intentions were spot-on.

Maybe better to describe him as a good idea man - but in desperate need of some guidance in terms of designing and promoting policy
