Down rather than up, that breath comes back to the dust rather than the dist followe=ing wher the dust went to. Most men have the breath of life come back when the new earth starts, that is when all sin and sorrow is past and in this part all the flesh that Adam was given dominion over is abrought back from also being dust. They do not come back sooner as they do not know about good and evil and they need Adam (and his children) to be sinless themselves before they can be perfect Shepherds as God has a one death rule for all the flesh He created. The flesh of fish and birds and beasts of the field that existsed (from conception) in this earth will be restored to life in the new earth. I have to assume that if you took care of some in this earth then theu would naturally belong to you when the water heals the land. There will certainly be a lot more than will be looking for shepherds as they had none in their lives on this earth.
It has to do with God being the one who killed the first one to make clothes for adam and Eve and Christ puts all the ones alive when He comes to sleep because the fire that comes later would send them to the fiery lake and they are destined for another place, taht is how it 'is arranged' when the 'men' who are alive excape by going out of the universe.

That brings us back to ISIS, if the land they want is 350 miles wide and the US wants a no-fly zone the googlemaps would show where that land is meant to be. I'm going to look and I would not be surprised if the fighting that is taking place is helping ISIS gain that territory and then throw up their hands and say 'cease-fire' which the US will recognize and ISIS has that territory and the US airforce is there to defebd them. That about sum up how bad things are going to go for the area?

Wanting to and being able to are sometime two very different things. I'll take Publican over 'Christian' (as below) anyday, what rational person wouldn't? The debunk one just happened to be there but it is a quick lesson on how the 'honest Christian church' spins the words in the book to say something entirely different.
