It is quite taxing. It makes it quite hard to concentrate on things, and can induce headaches like you have no idea. Hence my one-paragraph responses in recent hours, rather than elaborate posts, as would be my strategy for threads such as these (I come up with so many compromises and ideas and suggestions for reforms to the system, that I have problems putting them into a comprehensible format, lol).
