Once the reserves are backed up full, who will care? There's a little slow down in demand. Of course a nice wretchedly cold winter helped quite a bit I'd guess but you just can't count on the climate. I suppose revving up a bloody good war will sell some but who knows. No I do not own any rigs, it is a good time to buy a few though, but scrap prices are also depressed.
