I don't actually believe you understand any of this and I'm having an even harder time appreciating that you know something about the human condition.

How many commi and socialist revolutions do you need to see fail and send the "piggies" off to the slaughter before you revolutionaries give up? Ten? twenty? 2 thousand?

i see now why you are so delusioned.

you see only "commie", or "socialist", or "capitalist" but fail to see the realities.

Understand is what I do too well, which is why I know what is necessary to happen.

Did they spontaneously fail or were they actually crushed by lawyers and armies working for little piggies and big hogs? :)

I already put the question to you DB...how did we do that behind the Iron Curtains people like you created?

I remember your response....you didn't respond.

there are two ways to control, overt and covert.

overt is a dangerous business, for being exposed leaves the controller to attack.

covert allows the controller to misdirect the masses and avoid notice or scrutiny.

While you uphold one, and denounce the next, the covert controller laughs at your folly, for he cares not which one you follow, for they all cause you to gleefully surrender to him.

Be not fooled by a phantom meanace that is no different than the false leadership/ideology that says it is better.

The best way to control (if that's your goal) is to control the over world and the underworld.

Freedom, something I'm positive you don't understand in the context of the human condition, is what I uphold....it is best described today as capitalism and all its trimmings.

You indeed don't understand the nature of freedom. Freedom is an illusion. Capitalism, as in the freedom to persue one's goals? Goals arise from ignorance and habituation. It is delusional to see this as freedom! There in lies part of the "human condition", the human creates his own reality, complete with his own blinders.

You own things, do you? No. They own you, they enslave YOU. The ignoramus thinks he owns when he is owned!

We've already done that.

And does that make it any less sexy? :D

I'm going to approach this one from CK's perspective....

Sexiness is an illusion.....

Sexiness is defined by the one, or programmed into the one much like your idea of freedom is programmed into you! there is no better slave than the slave that enslaved himself!

freedom and slavery are within, not without!

ask what will bends to what, and how far.
that will show how free you are.

and if this is still not clear,
let me give these words to hear:

"when i know not who i am, i serve you.
when i know who i am, i am you"

"that will show how free you are."

I'm not suggesting we aren't without our confines, but we are also far, far better off than we ever have been. Some people want to turn back the clock on this though.

turn the clock forward would be a better choice.

there is the infant, who needs all his needs taken care of by the ever watching parent: this is man under socialism.

there is the adolecsent, who still needs care and attention in some areas while ready to "walk alone" in others: this is socio-capitalism.

however,
there is also the child that binges (and may also purge). he who knows only how to stuff himself until he is sick, and then do it all over again, with no consideration for the effects of his gluttony on himself or the world: this is capitalism.

then:
there is the human that is aware of his interconnecteness, aware both strong and vunlerable, who sees that his is everything and everything is he. He who sees through the interactions and not the nodes, who is alive, in the present, and not trapped in a memory of the past.
This is the future man must reach.
