Franklin County prosecutor Ron O'Brien on Thursday said Cordle was a suspect in the deadly crash but hadn't been charged. O'Brien said he saw the video on Wednesday and downloaded a copy onto a CD as evidence. He said he'll ask a grand jury to indict Cordle for aggravated vehicular homicide with an alcohol specification, a charge that carries a maximum of eight years in prison upon conviction.

Charges Filed Against Driver Who Confessed To Fatal OVI Crash
A 22-year-old man has been officially charged in connection with a drunken driving wrong-way crash that killed a man.
Matthew Cordle, of Powell, was indicted for one count aggravated vehicular homicide and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Cordle turned himself in at the Franklin County Jail at about 12:30 p.m. Monday.
Cordle is accused of driving the wrong way on Interstate 670 near 3rd Street on June 22, 2013 at about 2:45 a.m.
Cordle crashed head on into a vehicle driven by 61-year-old Vincent Canzani, who died after the crash.
The indictment alleges that Cordle had a blood alcohol level of .191 at the time of the crash.
Last week Cordle confessed in a video posted online that he was to blame for the wrong way crash that occurred after he had spent the night drinking.
